I just bought something so cute and unique for Sari’s third grade teacher and I think you all would love it. I always have a hard time shopping for teacher gifts because they are so helpful and important to our family. I don’t want to spend too much because that would be inappropriate. I also don’t want to get anything lame or common. I usually end up overspending trying to make up for the fact that I cannot find anything personal or unique. Not this year thanks to my new friend Rista.
I have passed by Rista in the halls of Twitter on many occasions. I built so many followers all at once that I do not know them all yet, nor have I spent much time visiting with many of them yet. Rista has a really pretty icon, but that’s all I really knew about her. Today, though, she tweeted something that caught my attention.
“Who needs unique teachers gifts?”
That isn’t the exact quote, I can’t remember exactly what she said but I decided to check it out and there I found the cutest custom clipboard I have ever seen! They are all hand crafted right nearby me in Michigan.
Everything at Rista’s store is unique and whimsical and conjured up warm feelings of love, happiness, and a playful spirit. The prices are really good too so hurry and check out Rista’s Etsy Store for your Christmas shopping needs!

When I was a child we made my teacher a small wooden flower and she loved it. Years later I ran into her at the school which I had to go to to get some transcripts and it was still on her desk. Amazing. That made both of us feel so good.
My cousin has just born. This posting is just inspire me when her mom -as teacher- got so many cute gift
