I still consider my only phone as an all-around gadget for me (Nokia 5300 XpressMusic) since it’s the only thing I can only afford but has the most compact features for a phone and mobile gadget.

I would never eat pill to loose fat. I don’t think it is healthy and it will ruin our body in the long run. I try to be active as much as possible.

When I was a child we made my teacher a small wooden flower and she loved it. Years later I ran into her at the school which I had to go to to get some transcripts and it was still on her desk. Amazing. That made both of us feel so good.

Interesting topic. I must say I have always been sceptical about allowing these kinds of pills into my home. When you want to get your weight down, I think a do-it-yourself job is much safer, and sets a healthier example for your kids, as you mention. It is good that you added the warning. Eating moderate amounts and getting exercise still remain the best long-term solution.
